How do I unlock the full app?

When you buy the Cap Coast Gunsmithing long-range course you'll receive a course code (looks like CCG-LR-0001) in your welcome email. In the app go to Settings → Account & Entitlement → Have a course code?, enter it and tap Redeem. You only need to do this once — it then works offline, permanently.

Is the app free? What does the code unlock?

The app is free to download and try — you can run the full firing solver on a built-in demo rifle. Your course code unlocks the personal features: building and editing your own rifle profiles, changing bullets, installing extra bullet packs, logging your DOPE, and truing to your live fire.

Does it work offline?

Yes — completely. CCG-LR needs no internet connection and no account. Everything runs and is stored on your device.

How do I back up my data or move to a new phone?

Go to Settings → Backup & Restore and export a backup file (this includes your profiles, DOPE and truing history). Save it to Files/iCloud/email, then use Restore on the new device. A shared QR code moves a single profile, but only a full backup carries your truing history.

I've lost my code / it won't redeem.

Codes are case-insensitive and forgiving of spaces or dashes (ccglr0001 works too). If it still won't take, email info@capcoastgunsmithing.com.au with your purchase details and we'll sort it out.

How accurate is it?

CCG-LR's solver is validated against reference ballistics, but every prediction is a starting point. Always confirm your dope with live fire (truing) on your own rifle, and use the app only under lawful, supervised conditions in line with your state's firearms laws.
